We’re looking for someone with your background to join our team as a Loan Servicing Administrator . We’ll train you on the loan servicing side—you bring your construction project finance skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. At Mobilization Funding, we specialize in supporting contractors through upfront capital, and your understanding of project timelines, billing cycles, and cost tracking is exactly what we need. What You’ll Do Manage and coordinate daily loan servicing activities. Review and process financial transactions, loan draws, and repayments. Analyze financials and bank activity to determine appropriate funding decisions. Track and monitor loan activity to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial health of the borrower. Communicate with borrowers, vendors, and contractors to verify project progress and resolve issues. Maintain complete loan documentation and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Underwriting, Accounting) to move files quickly and efficiently. Provide reports and updates on loan portfolio status and participate in weekly team meetings. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Accountant in the construction industry (or similar role like contract administration or finance support). A strong understanding of project billing, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Solid organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and ideally platforms like Salesforce. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
