Project Admin Job Description The Project Admin is responsible for performing moderately technical assignments with collaboration for Power Distribution projects. This role provides direct support to Planners, Designers, Engineers, Construction Supervisors, Project Managers, and Construction Manager positions. The position requires knowledge of various computer programs, planning, scheduling of maintenance and project sequencing of work activities, construction and project management terminology, procedures, and processes. Additionally, the Project Admin provides support related technical data reports and supports the development of project and construction scopes of work. Essential Skills Ability to multitask and communicate with various departments Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail to project tasks Knowledge in planning, scheduling, and project management Knowledge of construction terminology, procedures, and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Additional Skills & Qualifications Ideally 1-2 years of related work experience in power distribution, construction, or project management related to the power industry Experience in administrative support for engineering or construction project support Knowledge of Right of Way or Customer Outreach responsibilities around Power Distribution. Work Environment The Project Admin will work at the engineering office located at Tampa office location.
