Property Preservation Coordinator Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Job Description:

Property Preservation Coordinator M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM Maintaincommunication between vendors and clients to ensure all steps arecompleted proficiently. FHA Property Preservation experience ishighly preferred. Prior knowledge of HUD standards preferred, tosuccessfully communicate and submit required documents. Handle bothpre and post-sale services regarding vacancies. Must haveexperience in Microsoft Office and utilize internal softwaresystems.

Requirements:

Must have FHA experience. Proficient withMicrosoft Office and related software. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Efficient negotiation skills. Positiveapproach to problem-solving. Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail.
