Short Term Rental Administrative Assistant Check In Servicing LLC Tampa, FL We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our short-term rental operations. In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating guest communications, assisting with booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.), and ensuring smooth property operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about hospitality and customer service.
Compensation:
$15 – $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar scheduling for guest check-ins/outs and maintenance Respond to guest inquiries and messages promptly and professionally Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness Maintain listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms (updates, pricing, photos) Track reservations, cancellations, payments, and reports Assist with onboarding new properties and hosts Organize digital files, contracts, and operational documentation Provide administrative support to the property manager or host team
Qualifications:
