SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, the Organizational Development Coordinator will provide general administrative support functions for HR OD team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support for the annual performance management cycle and events. Schedule refresher trainings as necessary.
Provide administrative support for the design, facilitation and sustainment of Firm-wide talent initiatives, leadership development and other projects as they arise.
Research and create power point presentations.
Provide scheduling support HR OD team as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Associates degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience. Experience in operations, administrative, or project coordination strongly desired.
