The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing files, and assisting with various tasks. Duties Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Manage and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information. Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for financial record-keeping. Provide administrative support by typing documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for office staff as needed. Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service. Support medical reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Day-to-day general data entry, including A/P, A/R and Credit Card processing Reconciliation of vendor accounts Maintain proper inventory level of parts and supplies Handle incoming deliveries Answer phones, take messages, and schedule appointments (Training provided) Respond to email inquiries Perform a variety of clerical/office duties Hours are typically Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4:30p with some flexibility. Salary range $16/hour Skills Proficient in computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
