We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations and help keep our projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly Schedule appointments and manage calendars for project managers and client meetings Prepare estimates, invoices, work orders, and other project documents Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and client records Assist with purchasing materials and coordinating deliveries Support marketing and client communication efforts (emails, social media, etc.) Perform general office tasks: data entry, filing, supply management
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; additional education a plus Previous administrative or office support experience (1+ year preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus Why Work with
