Our busy medical optometry practice is seeking a dedicated Front Office Patient Relations Assistant to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:
As a Front Office Patient Relations Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your duties will include:
Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and professional manner. Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries. Maintaining accurate patient records and handling data entry. Collecting payments, processing insurance claims and assisting with billing inquiries. Supporting other team members and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous front office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and multiline phone systems. Detail-oriented, reliable, team player.
