Remote Construction Risk Management Analyst Pay:
$20 – $25 per hour
Hours:
30 hours per week (Potential for 40 hours)

Construction Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Construction Risk Management Analyst for a well-established construction company. This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to expand to full-time. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word) and experience in risk management, procurement, or administrative construction-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with risk assessments, compliance, and documentation for construction projects Gather, analyze, and organize vendor and subcontractor documents Monitor and manage insurance audits and risk exposure measures Support contract reviews and ensure compliance with federal labor regulations (e.g., Davis-Bacon Act, HUD Standards) Handle administrative tasks, including meeting minutes and project documentation Maintain and track project activities, permits, and closeout documents Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with risk management, procurement, or construction administration preferred Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
