Working in a small office you will need to have excellent communication skills to communicate with suppliers, internal sales team, designers, and colleagues to ensure that all parties are fully aware of the financial status of their orders. With excellent proficiency in all Microsoft 365 programs and previous experience in QuickBooks-online, and with the ability to work independently. You will be a key player in ensuring that various systems and processes of the business flows smoothly. You will be required to maintain a clear and well documented filing system and record keeping, in digital format, where relevant. Experience in dealing with the public and in customer service is a requirement of the position. Job Specs The main functions and aspects of this position will involve: Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry of all invoices and sales receipts
  • Accurate data entry of all purchase invoices
  • Basic data reporting
  • Set up of new suppliers
  • List of outstanding suppliers’ payments for the month
  • Daily customer order processing / Invoicing
  • Using both Excel and in-house IT Systems to ensure accurate communication and data entry
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational/time management and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent customer service and presence
  • Assisting the rest of the team with administrative tasks and preparation of sale related materials Reporting Structure Chief Operations Officer Hours of employment: Monday to Friday 9.
