Job Description

Administrative Assistant Healthcare Coding And Consulting Svcs Fort Myers, FL • Remote About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support both our Human Resources and Finance departments. This dual-function role is essential to ensuring smooth onboarding, credentialing, and financial documentation processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while supporting a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support:

Coordinate new hire processes including background checks, drug screens, and TB testing Set up facility and system access in collaboration with internal IT and client contacts Add new employees to communication platforms and assist with benefits onboarding Maintain employee certification records and monitor expiration dates Process employee terminations and manage related access requests Track and organize candidate testing results and hiring documentation

Finance Support:

Collect and organize onboarding financial documents Support invoice tracking and reconciliation Assist with data entry and routine reporting Coordinate updates and changes with payroll Enter and reconcile data in internal timekeeping systems

Administrative Support:

Monitor PTO and UTO entries in ADP and the internal timekeeping system Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic files Respond promptly and professionally to internal requests Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in an HR or Finance setting

Skills and Competencies:

Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS platforms preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
