Job Description

Administrative Assistant Advanced Hurricane Technology, Inc. 16501 Old Airport Haul Road, Fort Myers, FL 33913 We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Assistant/Receptionist that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An Inside Sales Assistant/Receptionist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and assisting the Sales Representative. Responsibilities Able to input order entry on QuickBooks Filing of all sales orders and completed job orders Able to understand and provide sales spreadsheets Blueprint takeoffs reading Assist Sales Rep source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Perform effective online demos to prospects Answer incoming calls from customers Skills Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with QuickBooks Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred/not required

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required 2 years of experience as office clerk Strong oral and written communication skills Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts Proficient in MS Office Outstanding communication ability Excellent organizational and leaderships skills Attention to detail Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach tasks without guidance Excellent interpersonal skills Punctual with strong attendance history
