Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly. Anticipate managerial needs to improve productivity. Assist in preparation of client invoices. Assist Accounting Administrator. Monitor and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable every two weeks. Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues monthly. Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate. Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed. Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas. Resolve outstanding administrative issues in a timely manner. Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion. Develop and manage daily paperwork. Ensure efficient client services and provide support to staff. Assist in training staff members and new hires.

Requirements :

Associate’s degree in related field; Bachelor’s prefered. Administrative experience is prefered Hands-on experience with spreadsheets. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
