Full Job Description Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with Human Resource experience to provide support to our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day human resources, weekly payroll processing, assisting the COO with day-to-day request, and office management tasks such facilities contracts, communications systems and maintaining a filing system that is consistent with company standards. A successful candidate must be a positive problem solver and have a good working knowledge of QuickBooks & Microsoft Office applications, as well as experience using Excel spreadsheets. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a positive attitude are key. Human Resources Administer the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. Manage and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Address employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and promote positive workplace relationships. Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, updates, and communication. Office Management Maintain facilities and communications contracts and coordinate support for all team members Maintain an efficient filing system that adheres to company standards. Support office administration to ensure smooth operations.

Position Requirements:

Experience managing payroll and HR compliance. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
