Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a detailed inventory of all assets owned by the organization
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset performance
• Conduct regular assessments to determine asset condition and depreciation
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper utilization of assets
• Monitor asset usage and recommend improvements or replacements as needed
• Track asset depreciation and value fluctuations
• Prepare reports on asset status, performance, and financial impact Skills
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite and data entry
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in real estate or medical receptionist settings
• Ability to provide excellent customer support and resolve issues effectively
