Full Job Description Location:
Remote Position Pay Range:

$16.72 – $27.86 POSITION SUMMARY Will assist credentialing department by performing the duties assigned including: entering information into the credentialing database, updating practitioner information, primary source verification, preparing credentialing files for the credentialing coordinators, handling requests for information and processing all departmental incoming and outgoing mail.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education High School diploma or GED preferred. Previous Experience Credentialing experience a plus. Administrative support experience preferred.

Strong customer focus. Ability to provide support to a diverse group of individuals with varied personalities in a professional, courteous and patient manner.

Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, self, stress, and professional development. Self-motivated and self-starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively remotely as required. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites. Computer Skills Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required. Knowledge of basic credentialing database structures and workflows referred but not required. Certifications/Licenses Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
