The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels — proud Single-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins — are seeking a Part-Time Front Office Administrative Assistant to support our front office team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the stadium. If you’re a proactive multitasker with strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork, we’d love to have you be part of our fast-paced and energetic environment! Position Overview The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the front office by handling a variety of administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy setting. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, files, and databases Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documents as needed Assist in maintaining office supply inventory and ordering as necessary Support accounts payable by assisting with data entry and processing Assist Human Resources with various administrative projects Provide customer service support, including ticket sales and fan inquiries Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office space Monitor and support the use and maintenance of office equipment Participate in special projects and provide additional office support as needed Embody and promote a positive team culture through professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented approach Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or office setting preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Friendly and professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude Commitment to providing great service Why Join the Mighty Mussels?
