Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Hand deliveries to and from courthouse, post office, and other businesses. Answer telephone, direct calls and take messages. Routinely order and restock supplies. Keep kitchen and conference rooms neat & tidy. File, scan documents and data entry. Keep the property grounds free of any debris. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to work effectively and proactively within a team environment. Strong time management skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines. Initiative, flexibility, resiliency and a willingness to adapt to change. Capable of lifting up to 20 to 25 pounds. Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
