MUST HAVE PERMITTING AND AC EXPERIENCE

Job Duties:
Answer calls on a multi-line phone system; Schedule maintenance, estimates and service calls as necessary; Communicate with customers, technicians, municipalities, supervisors, etc.; Input customer information into database
ACCURATELY
; Verify customer information, such as address, phone number, email, etc.; Submit permit applications, revisions, cancellations, extensions, etc. to the appropriate Municipality; Utilize resources to obtain parcel information; Keep track of entire process from beginning to end; Maintain and update Permitting spreadsheet throughout the day; Schedule Inspections in timely manner; Coordinate posting of permits; Submit duct cover requests in a timely manner; Keep track of covers from beginning to the end of the process; Verify on Installer paperwork that jobs are complete prior to scheduling an inspection, Follow-up/Schedule Go-backs to complete jobs, failed inspections, duct cover installations, etc.; Pay Fees, adding funds to escrow accounts when necessary; Send letters to customers regarding upcoming expiration dates on open permits; Update Municipalities with our current General Liability and Worker’s Comp Certificates; Satisfy client requests for COI, business license, etc.; Create Customer files; File paperwork and customer files daily; Count reviews and update spreadsheet daily; Assist with dispatching, calling for parts, and other office duties as needed, Work closely with all staff
Customer Quality Surveys Skills Needed:
Expert on computer; Prior Permitting experience;

Hours are: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
