Restoration Office Assistant Devoted Restortation Fort Myers, FL 33912 We are a 24 hour 7 days a week emergency service business handling fire, flood, mold or storm damage throughout Southwest Florida for residential and commercial properties. We have been in the industry since 2008 and maintain a high level of customer care, standard of service, and professional certified technicians and staff. We are looking for an detail oriented person to join our family. Must be a team player and goal driven. Responsibilities consist of but not limited to: communicate with customers, vendors, property managers, insurance agents, etc in a professional manner computer skills required able to multi task answer phones input jobs schedule appointments Qualifications Proficient in computer skills and computer literacy Strong clerical and administrative experience Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading Organizational skills with effective time management
