out of 5 stars Fort Myers, FL 33908 Primary Duties & Responsibilities Understand and apply your skills in Microsoft Office applications, and other web-based applications including email, financial systems, and Manage America property management system Understanding and assistance with the laws governing Residential Tenancies appropriate to the community or resort Act as the first point of contact for guest issues, concerns and complaints. Monitor guest accounts and follow collection procedures including eviction paperwork. Assist Community Manager by providing general support to other team members and departments. Perform regular property and home site inspections Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Delivering of notice to tenants Filling, answering phones and scheduling appointments Use resident relation and communication skills in keeping with the culture and values of

Detail oriented with strong customer service, administrative and organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other web-based applications. Ability to prioritize and multitask the needs of Management and guests. Ability to evaluate a situation, determine resources available and formulate a solution. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize with effective time management and organizational skills. Adaptable and resourceful self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Property Management office preferred.
