Administrative Assistant Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to communication, organization, and clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling correspondence with customers. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation. Complete time and data entry, report generation, and maintain databases for employees. Provide support in preparing safety presentations, trainings, reports, and memos. Handle office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in processing invoices, past due invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. Support various departments with administrative tasks as required. Organize & Maintain Contracts & Customer Records Assist Crewmen and Foreman with safety apparel and other items as needed Assist employees with work orders, route sheets and other documents as necessary Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Run errands for Manager as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Quickbooks) and other office management software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Mon- Fri, 7:30am – 4:30pm Schedules subject to change, weekends may be required depending on location
