We’re a team that values craftsmanship, customer service, and smooth operations. We’re looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to help keep our office organized and efficient. What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and walk-in customers
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for estimators and installers
  • Create and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and work orders
  • Track job progress and maintain organized records
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing and expense tracking
  • Assist with payroll and basic bookkeeping
  • Order office supplies and support daily office operations What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of administrative experience (construction or trades preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
