We’re a team that values craftsmanship, customer service, and smooth operations. We’re looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to help keep our office organized and efficient. What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and walk-in customers
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for estimators and installers
- Create and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and work orders
- Track job progress and maintain organized records
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with payroll and basic bookkeeping
- Order office supplies and support daily office operations What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative experience (construction or trades preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
