The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff. Duties Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members. Oversee office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and ensuring a clean workspace. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed. Provide personal assistant support to executives, including travel arrangements and expense reporting. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically for easy access to important documents. Proficiently use Google Suite applications for document creation, data management, and communication. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required by management. Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and phone systems. Experience with calendar management and office management practices is a plus. Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
