Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Personal Assistant to support daily operations and client management. This is a key front-facing role that requires professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset. This position is based entirely on-site at our rural facility and involves both administrative responsibilities and direct interaction with clients and their dogs. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, text, and in-person Manage appointment scheduling, client onboarding, and billing Provide concierge-level client care, including personalized communication and follow-up Assist with general office administration and organizational tasks Support the business owner with day-to-day operations and occasional personal errands Help coordinate logistics for training sessions, boarding, and events Event planning and marketing opportunities Maintain organized records and assist with social media and client communications as needed Occasionally support basic handling or transitions of client dogs as appropriate Help support teammates Client Service Expectations This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality, individualized attention to clients, including: Anticipating client needs and preferences Proactively communicating updates or changes to schedules and services Delivering timely follow-ups after training sessions or boarding stays Ensuring every client interaction is professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented Requirements Reliable transportation to our rural location Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours/day Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Comfortable working in an environment with dogs, sheep, and other livestock Availability for rotating weekends and holidays Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in administrative or client service roles preferred Compensation & Perks $15-$18/hour starting pay, depending on experience Time off available Health and other benefits available Discounted services for personal dogs, including training and boarding Access to professional training guidance and development Opportunity for growth within a small, mission-driven business Supportive, team-focused, and low-drama work environment How to Apply To apply, please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the position to We look forward to hearing from you.
