Business Operation Manager is responsible for: Provides administrative support to statewide corrections-based substance use treatment program. Compiling data, information, and generates reports from Electronic Health Record and other database systems to prepare various reports Monitoring all internal and external databases for completeness and accuracy Researches unusual data results or occurrences and prepares explanations or justifications Collaborate with leaders and admins across the state to resolve data discrepancies, enhance systems, and provide training. Tracks budget allocations and expenditures, collects and maintains office expenditure records and receipts Provide administrative assistance as needed to state leadership. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma with 10+ years of Office Management experience OR Associate or Bachelor degree with 5+ years of Office Management experience 2+ years of experience working heavily in MS Excel with Pivot Tables 2+ years of experience with database management and analytical skills generating and analyzing reports. 2+ years of project management skills. PMP and/or MBA Preferred Advanced communication skills to exchange information and interact with program staff, outside vendors and agencies Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision This is a full-time position working in an office environment Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm Willingness to travel to correctional institutions (in state) as needed to help with administrative projects. (Gateway will cover all travel expenses) Physical requirements: Ability to communicate with others in order to gather and exchange information. Ability to respond to telephone inquiries. Ability to continually proofread, check and verify data from printed form and/or computer monitor display. Ability to use a keyboard and video display terminal to enter, retrieve and/or audit information and data on a continual basis. Ability to pull, lift and transport files and documents to and from various locations within office or assigned location. Benefits at
