Role:
Provide support to Financial Advisors and service to First Florida Investment Services (FFIS) clients and prospects by coordinating day to day operations of FFIS department. Responsible for the coordination of client and prospect contact including existing client service, annual reviews and initial appointments through the use of LPL Clientworks, Outlook and FFCU Synapsis systems. Responsible for daily advisor administrative support including completion of expense reports and monthly activity summaries, scanning and storage of pertinent documents and procurement of office supplies. Assists Managing Director in the coordination of marketing and client acquisition activities for the program. Performs general clerical duties such as handling inbound and outbound telephone and email communications, client mailings and creation of mailing lists. Responsible for maintaining appropriate compliance files and controls over privileged information in all areas of FFIS functions including marketing and client records.
Experience Required:
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:
(1) A two year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
