05/10/2025 Total Compensation Estimator Tool Office of Citizen Services OPS Staff Assistant Duties and Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to prepare outgoing correspondence; prepare various documents for records archive; retrieve voicemails and log into tracking system; and other tasks. It is a responsible position and requires general office knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office software. % of Time Task 50% Prepare outgoing correspondence: courtesy letters, commemoratives and certificates 30% Prepare / scan various documents for records retention 10% Log Voicemail into tracking system 5% Make deliveries to various departments 5% Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills and abilities include utilization of office equipment and software and good communication skills.
