$30K – $33.9K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook High school diploma or GED Computer skills Communication skills Entry level 10 years Full Job Description Department Office of the Vice President for Faculty Development & Advancement Responsibilities Serves as the front line of communication for all visitors by providing customer service and assistance to internal and external constituents via multi-line telephone, email, Microsoft Teams, and direct contact in a professional and friendly manner. Coordinates the collection and distribution of all incoming mail and prepares out-going mail. Delivers and/or picks up materials from other university departments as needed. Assists FDA staff various projects such as preparations for upcoming events, including event set-up and take-down. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to details. Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. This role requires a professional and courteous demeanor, excellent communications skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
