OPS Project Assistant – Learning Systems Institute Florida State University – 4.3 Tallahassee, FL Job Details Temporary | Part-time $15 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Entry level 10 years Full Job Description Department The Learning Systems Institute Responsibilities The Learning Systems Institute is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Project Assistant to help with various duties including, but not limited to: Ensure that all assigned schools have submitted their score reports through our score submission system. Enter the test scores for the assigned schools that have submitted their students’ scores. Identify and report any errors found in the submitted score reports. Explore ways to improve the team’s efficiency in the data entry process. Attend monthly team meetings. Notify the project manager when any assigned schools have resolved their errors. Perform other non-research-related duties as assigned by the project manager. Ready to switch to a new project if there is a need for it. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be a current undergraduate student. Preferred Qualifications An undergraduate student in 3rd year of their program within the education field is preferred.
