Administrative Assistant 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 440 Gulf Of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 Michael Saunders & Company is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Longboat Key office. The perfect candidate will thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment, be very detail-oriented and will be good at taking initiative when necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Processing listing and contract files using a digital database which involves: Create a timeline of important dates for individuals to follow through Ensure all signed paperwork is in order Complete commission disbursement forms. Ability to type in a professional manner correspondence, memos, emails, and other relevant communications. Monitor and assess the progress of the sale Coordinate listing activities Perform a variety of essential record keeping duties Address inquiries from agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner Complete daily tasks/projects in a timely, accurate and efficient manner Front desk duties Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Residential real estate experience, a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organization and problem-solving skills. Attention to deadlines Strong computer skills: Windows based PC programs; (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook). MLS and DotLoop a plus Positive, friendly, and supportive attitude. Energetic, reliable and punctual. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. We offer excellent benefits including health, dental, vision 401k and paid time off. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm with 1/2 hour for lunch.
