Why do you want this job? Do you currently have another part-time job or source of income? What is your availability? Have you had any experience working with someone with dementia? This is very personal and not a typical office job. Feeling heard is important to me. A personal touch in the job is vital. I am not seeing that in the emails I have received so far. Thank you in advance for understanding. I am an elder professional woman who has run several businesses on my own as best I could my whole life without a lot of technical skills. However, I have recently been diagnosed with early-stage dementia and some health challenges. I need more skilled help to get all of my systems automated and monitored over the next year or two as I consolidate and begin to wind down my activities. In addition to daily problem-solving and phone calls, the job will also include planning travel, helping with home rentals, billing, and keeping track of finances. The number of hours per week will depend on your range of skills and ability to be of support. Afternoon hours preferred. Loyalty will be rewarded with salary increases for anyone whose work contributes to bringing in income. Computer skills, communication, and good typing are a must. Experience with social media and simple graphics is a plus but not a requirement.
