What’s in Store Davies Claims North America is looking for Part Time Clerical Support to work in our Lakewood Ranch, FL office. Reporting to the Clerical Supervisor, you will assist our clients, business managers, and internal staff by appropriately managing and processing incoming/outgoing documents, reports of injury, incoming calls, as well as scanning and indexing. To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills and communicate in a timely manner. You must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and able to enter data correctly. Additionally, you will need to be capable of learning and/or utilizing internal claims management and telephone systems, e-Fax, printer, copier, and a scanner. This role is a part-time, in-office position based in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Key Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing mail including certified mail. Sort mail to appropriate categories for scanning Mail checks to appropriate parties Scan daily mail Index incoming WC faxes and other documents to appropriate categories in claims management system Assist with processing No Record and pending status mail Provide coverage for reception, FROI (First Report of Injury) and other clerical staff as needed Support Clerical Department with special projects as needed Exhibit company values of We are Dynamic, We are Innovative, We are Connected, and We Succeed Together Perform other duties as assigned Skills, knowledge & expertise Excellent communication, verbal and written, skills conducted in a timely manner Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Outlook, and Excel Demonstrate significant ability to enter data correctly Capability of utilizing internal claims management and phone systems, e-Fax, printer, copier, and a scanner Exceptional capability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Excellent team player with interpersonal skills High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills Capable of working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision Exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information Display a comfort level working with key people at all levels within an organization Benefits Benefits At Davies North America, we are dedicated to supporting the well-being and future of our qualifying employees.
