Position Overview:
We’re looking for a kind, organized, and reliable Patient Liaison to be the welcoming face at our front desk. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, keeps things running smoothly, and takes pride in clear communication and attention to detail. Experience in dentistry is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phone calls, return messages, and manage appointment scheduling Check patients out and schedule follow-up visits Verify insurance coverage and gather necessary documentation Collect and post payments accurately Help keep the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently Support the team with administrative needs as they arise
