Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Participates in monitoring, screening, and routing communications. Supports scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, including related travel logistics. Prepares agendas, takes minutes, and distributes meeting materials. Creates and edits moderately complex documents, reports, and presentations. Prepares and monitors budgets and tracks expenditures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Education:

High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)

Experience:

Generally, a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.

Scope of Job/Qualifications:

Possesses organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. High attention to detail related to communications, scheduling, and recordkeeping. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
