Spherion Staffing & Recruiting of Lake, Marion, and Sumter County has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Office Assistant.
This is a temporary position with a 32 hour a week schedule. The pay rate is $16 per hour. The office is open Monday from 9 am to 2 pm, and Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Saturdays may be included.
Responsibilities:
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail system computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
- Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions.
- Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual.
- Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
