Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and computer-savvy individual to join our team as a Front Counter Sales representative. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, handling front desk responsibilities, processing sales, managing basic administrative tasks, and coordinating inventory and shipping. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Answer phone calls and assist clients in person with a professional and courteous attitude.
Sales Support:
Sell products and take payments in person and over the phone.
Reception Duties:
Act as the first point of contact, handling front desk tasks and directing inquiries appropriately.
Administrative Support:
Complete callout forms, manage purchase orders for office and plant supplies, and handle emails.
Inventory Coordination:
Maintain and track inventory of products such as concrete structures, rebar, septic components, and related items.
Shipping:
Package and ship production goods via FedEx/UPS and send catalogs to clients and prospects.
System Management:
Utilize Excel and learn new systems and software tools as needed.
Field Team Coordination:
Communicate with the field team to ensure accurate and timely order retrieval for clients.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Communication Skills:
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Organization:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep accurate records.
Experience:
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
Attitude:
Must be people-oriented, social, and able to work well with both customers and internal teams.
Additional Information:
