(Hours may vary) Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional after-hours tasks) Are you proactive, organized, and eager to grow with a fast-paced, hands-on business? A growing construction and real estate company in Ocala is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support the Project Manager across a wide range of duties—from administrative support to job site errands and personal tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial drive who’s open to learning and growing into more responsibility over time. Willingness to train is a key perk for the right candidate. Position Highlights Support the Project Manager with day-to-day tasks and scheduling Ride along to job sites, client visits, and other locations as needed Assist with basic office duties, supply runs, and errands Help with sourcing samples for new construction and rentals May occasionally assist with personal tasks (e.g. school/daycare drop-off, Airbnb errands) Expect a slower start while learning responsibilities; tasks will expand over time Ideal for a motivated self-starter eager to learn the business from the ground up Requirements Strong punctuality, organization, and attention to detail Positive attitude and professional demeanor Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed Discretion and confidentiality are a must Construction/design or real estate experience a plus Perks & Growth Direct-hire opportunity Long-term role with room for development Great exposure for someone interested in entrepreneurship or construction management Supportive work environment that values initiative and reliability How to Apply Send your resume to: Devin.
