Administrative Assistant

CHABAD JEWISH CENTER OF MARTIN-ST LUCIE COUNTY INC

Relaxed atmosphere We are looking for an Organized and driven Admin and Program Coordinator to manage office, plan and coordinate programs and events and undertake a variety of administrative tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. Must be computer savvy, Microsoft Office Proficient. Social media Savy. CRM Experience and knowledge. Donor Development experience a plus. To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing event and working with others. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards. Letter writing and correspondence.
Answering calls.
Support planning and coordination of programs and activities
Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
administrative office tasks
keep updated records and create reports or proposals
Support growth and program development Skills Proven experience as admin or/and program coordinator or relevant position
Knowledge of program management and development procedures
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office
Ability to work with others.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and efficient
