(Coaxicom), a global aerospace manufacturer based on the East Coast of Florida, is expanding—and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to join our team! The Opportunity We’re seeking a resourceful, organized, and customer-focused professional to support our sales and customer service operations. You’ll be on the front lines of communication between Coaxicom and engineering and procurement teams at Tier One Defense and Space companies, assisting in the quoting process, handling RFQs, supporting customer service activities, and helping solve critical challenges in real time. Key Responsibilities Convert incoming customer emails and RFQs into accurate quotes using Coaxicom’s ERP system (Odoo). Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and follow up on quotes. Assist with administrative tasks including updating CRM records, managing documentation, and supporting internal teams. Complete and return customer quality and compliance surveys. Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Production, and Quality) to ensure customer needs and deadlines are met. Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and update customers with timely and accurate information. Contribute to ongoing improvements in workflow efficiency and customer service practices. Ideal Candidate Profile Prior experience in customer service or sales support within a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred. Familiarity with RF components, electronics, or aerospace hardware is a strong plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace. Comfortable interacting with technical professionals (e.g., engineers, buyers, and quality teams). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. ERP/CRM experience (especially Odoo) is a plus.
