Position Overview We’re seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper & Secretary to join us at our office in Stuart, FL. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about keeping a business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (invoicing, tracking expenses, reconciliations, etc.) Maintain and organize office records, receipts, and financial documents Support the team with scheduling, email correspondence, and administrative duties Assist with client and vendor communication as needed Help prepare job estimates and track project costs Upload documents to Google Drive and maintain digital files

Requirements:

Proficient in QuickBooks , Microsoft Office Suite , and Google Suite Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working independently in a small office setting Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the construction or remodeling industry Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish Familiarity with basic job estimation processes and terms Knowledge of material tracking or project management tools is a plus

Hours & Pay:

Approximately 20-25 hours per week Competitive hourly wage based on experience
