We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Secretary / Title Clerk / Personal Assistant to join our automotive dealership team. This part-time position is ideal for someone with experience in dealership operations or strong clerical skills who’s ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. ⸻
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process all paperwork for purchasing and selling vehicles, including title work and bill of sale Reassign vehicle titles, complete title transfers, and handle all necessary documentation and mailing Maintain accurate vehicle inventory with cost details and purchase/sale records Invoice storage fees and handle monthly billing Coordinate vehicle transportation logistics for bought and sold units Ensure all paperwork is organized and filed properly, both digitally and physically Prepare and file monthly state sales tax documents Assist with general dealership clerical duties and office support as needed ⸻
Qualifications:
Experience in an automotive dealership environment preferred (title clerk or billing experience highly valued) Strong organizational and administrative skills Familiarity with title processing, DMV regulations, and dealership paperwork Proficient in office software (Excel, QuickBooks, Dealr.
Cloud, or other DMS is a plus) Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented ⸻
