Office Administrative Assistant Ark Rods Palm City, FL 34990 Job Summary ARK Rods is a premier manufacturer in the fishing industry, known for producing high-quality rods and gear for passionate anglers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse & Order Processing Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Answer Phones calls and
Inquiries Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Review and input new orders into the system. Print and prepare shipping labels for outgoing shipments.
Inventory Management & Organization:
Receive and stock purchase orders (POs) as needed. Perform inventory counting, sorting, and organization.
Administrative & Computer-Based Tasks:
Create, update, and manage spreadsheets. Use a PC-based system for data entry and order processing. Answer customer calls and provide assistance as needed.
Warehouse Maintenance & Miscellaneous Tasks:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with small tool operations and other duties assigned by management. Requirements ✔ Must be 18 years or older . ✔ Ability to safely lift and handle packages/products up to 50 lbs without assistance. ✔ Proficient in using PC computers for data entry, order processing, and label printing. ✔ Ability to use small tools as needed. ✔ Reliable transportation and consistent on-time attendance . ✔ Strong customer service skills for handling phone inquiries. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse and small parcel shipping experience (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Proven record of reliability, productivity, and attention to detail .
