Responsibilities Reporting to General Manager and Assistant Manager

  • Resolving individual owner’s problems and inquiries as they pertain to the association and common elements.
  • Monitoring adherence of the owners and residents to the governing rules and regulations as approved by the Board of Directors of the Association.
  • Processing any purchase and rental application and any for architectural changes,
  • Maintaining reservations of the Association’s amenities.
  • Organizing and maintain The Association’s Files and records and assist in the record retention periods pursuant to Florida Statutes.
  • Updating and maintaining Airtable database and units’ owners’ roster.
  • Maintaining fob database and activating / deactivating fobs.
  • Additional duties and assignments directed by the General Manager.
  • Handle HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records Skills
  • Exelent costumer service
  • Proven experience on relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
