As an Administrative Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and performing administrative tasks as needed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to executives and team members. + Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate parties. + Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. + Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. + Organize office supplies and maintain an orderly workspace. + Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for staff as required. + Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. + Assist with other office tasks as needed. Requirements + 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role in a fast-paced environment. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Ability to handle confidential information and comply with privacy regulations. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. + High attention to detail and accuracy. + Familiarity with CRM or ERP software is a plus. + Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. + Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
