We are seeking an administrative assistant/front desk clerk for Diamond Minds School.

Min Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s degree preferred 2yrs of Admin Assistant and front desk experience Experience working in a school environment, is plus Computer experience/Microsoft Office efficient Good grammar and English Skills Bilingual preferred

Specific Job Duties:

Provide clercial support Acts as Front desk receptionist Provide typing for the Program. Collect and log attendance daily. File all updated paperwork into main files in a timely manner. Distribute letters/memos to staff/parents. Put together files for new children entering the school. Maintain intake log on all children who enter or exit program. Complete record requests and mail to community agencies. Update databases to reflect any pertinent information on each child. #
