Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Answering and routing calls Make calls on behalf of office Data entry Organizing files and casework Basic bookkeeping/clerical duties Handle and maintain legally protected confidential information Maintain office supplies inventory Light maintenance of office space Qualifications and required skills: English fluency Computer proficiency Telephone etiquette/ strong communication skills Microsoft Office Previous administrative experience in an office setting Preferred skills: QuickBooks Multi-lingual (Spanish or others) Additional information: Part time: 20 to 30 hours per week.

Full time:

35 to 40 hours per week. Regular business hours during the week, no weekends.

Advanced Air Ambulance, headquartered in Miami, FL, is an air medical transport company established in 1990. The company is seeking an administrative assistant to support a small office. The office does not see customers and takes limited meetings. The assistant will have their own office space in the front office. The assistant will receive and route calls, occasionally make calls on behalf of the office, perform basic bookkeeping/ clerical duties, and maintain the company’s CRM. Training for these tools will be provided if needed. Wages based on experience.
