We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Doral team and support day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in helping our leadership and clinical teams stay focused while keeping the front office organized, welcoming, and efficient.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare memos, emails, and reports Draft and edit letters, reports, and office documents Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Coordinate staff meetings and support internal communications Provide administrative support to senior managers and clinical staff Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized Act as a key point of contact for staff and clients Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of customer service or administrative support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong team player Must be able to reliably commute to Doral (Miami, 33172) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Apply Now!
