Administration Assistant is responsible to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, etc.

What you will do:

Assist in office administration Data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies Screen and route callers to appropriate personnel Assist in any projects and activities as and when required Performs other related duties, as assigned Prefer you to have: Bilingual (English and Spanish) Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power point applications Ability to multi-task and work independently BakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
