Administrative Assistant Laminates and Things Co 1596 West 34th Place, Hialeah, FL 33012 Seeking an administrative assistant to join our team where they will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Responsibilities 5 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an Account Receivable position. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Perform General office duties. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is a huge plus. Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Bilingual is a must (English and Spanish) Communicate with clients and provide support to professionals. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
